- Subsequent Exchanges: Shipping fees for additional exchanges beyond the first will be the customer's responsibility for both directions.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Did your product arrive defective? First of all, we sincerely apologize! All our products are inspected before shipping, but occasionally an error may slip through. Don't worry—we'll do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
